72nd anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights
"VOI AVETE L’AMORE” - YOU HAVE LOVE
(Evening in memory of Annalena Tonelli)
On the 23rd of October 2020 the evening in memory of Annalena Tonelli was held at the Maria Graffiedi Theater in Forlì, together with the “Committee for the struggle against hunger in the world” and with the patronage of the municipality of Forlì.
The theme of the event: nonviolence in Annalena Tonelli's life told through words and music.
As the President of the Peace Center pointed out, this anniversary is a very heartfelt and special recurrence for us: Annalena Tonelli is the light capable of guiding our community, especially in such tough historical periods as the one we are facing today.
This event has also been an opportunity to thank her for what she has done for our territory and the world.
At the ceremony, her letters and writings have been read by Andrea Saletti, while the "Compagnia quelli della Via" accompanied the whole experience. The latter is a music group formed by young artists who aim at conveying a message of hope and peace, precisely in Annalena Tonelli 's footsteps.
The whole evening took place in full compliance with the anti Covid-19 regulation.
